SMS SMARTCARE (FOR PARTNERS)

SMS has the ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support through its Security Network Operation Center (SNOC).  SNOC is available 24/7 and provides customer a support experience that it expects in the physical security space.  A log of all activity shall be available through our CRM so that the client has access to service history.  SNOC will only escalate cases to the manufacturer if the cases are level three or higher.
